For the small business Merlemead can offer flexible service contracts which provide a number of fixed hours on site per month together with on call support. If required remote support can be provided to ensure the fastest possible resolution to any problems

As part of any service agreement Merlemead will provide free advice on all aspect of your IT requirements.

If you need to upgrade or install new systems Merlemead will help you select the right equipment and systems, help with evaluations and assist in the implementation of your chosen solution.

SERVICE CONTRACTS

A Merlemead service contract provides a pre-agreed number of hours per month for an engineer to be in your office. Whilst there, the engineer will correct any existing problems which may have arisen since the last visit, check the installed systems for any problems and advise on any additional actions which need to be taken. In this way your systems are kept running smoothly.

Should an urgent problem occur just call Merlemead and an engineer will visit and work on the problem. When you have a service contract there is no call-out charge you simply pay any additional hours worked.

NEW SYSTEMS AND UPGRADES

Should you require a new system or upgrade, Merlemead will visit and discuss your requirements and provide a fixed price quote to manage the process for you. Typically this quotation would include any hardware costs, evaluation of the proposed solution, negotiating with the system supplier and overall management on the implementation when chosen.
